the french are awkward.

today...
i tried my first macaron...raspberry and it was sooo good.
i tried falalfal...also soooo good.
i stumbled upon a street with tons of vintage stores and bought 2 skirts for 10 euro. can remember the name but it shall forever be called, "the hipsters paradise".
i ate gelato...naturally.
i explored the musee d'orsay.
i bought new oxfords.

funny story...
so, me and some girls were taking the metro to meet up with some other girls at the institut catholique.
the metro hadn't arrived yet so we decided to sit down.
although there was a woman sitting on one of the seats, there were exactly enough spots for all of us to sit down.
however, the last seat was on the other side of the woman.
she stood up, as if offering up her seat so i could sit by my friends.
but as i went to sit down, she pushed me out of the way, yelling something in french.
she sat back down, so i went to sit down on her other side.
but as i went to sit down, she yelled in french and pushed me again, putting her bags on the seat.

it was awkward.

but paris is the shiz.
