that time i cleaned up the poop-covered bathroom

last night, my aunt needed a last minute babysitter, so i took the offer because i was just going to sit around my house anyways that night, so i might as well be somewhat productive. my cousins are 7 and 4 and it was only for a couple hours, so we watched the new muppets movie. about halfway through the movie, i noticed that my 4 year old cousin wasn't sitting on the couch anymore. i figured he probably had to go potty, so i walked over to the bathroom and there he was.
there he was, holding his pull-up, a massive dump plopped onto the floor, and poop all over his hands, and his face, and the toilet, and the toilet paper, and the shower curtain, and almost everything that was touchable. i actually started laughing. never in my life would i have imagined myself actually experiencing what was happening. but then i started freaking out. i'm not a fan of changing diapers, so wiping more than just a poopy bum wasn't exactly what i wanted to do. regardless, i cleaned up the bathroom, put my cousin in the tub, and just sat on the floor in disbelief.

mon français est très mauvais.

as a sort of "pre-test" for our study abroad, we are supposed to take a french assessment test, to test our skills before we leave.
yes. i just finished taking it.

mon français est très mauvais.
or maybe i should just say my listening skills are très mauvais.
we had to listen to a series of sentences and then repeat them (while the computer recorded it).

at least 90% of all the recordings are probably me saying
"oh crap..."
"man...i suck at french."
"i had no idea what he just said."
"how am i supposed to remember that?"
"are you kidding?"
and numerous sighs and grumbles.

will i be ok? we'll see.

Epic. Fail.

I just wanted to say...
As I predicted in the previous post, the A'Cappella concert was unexplainable.
Not horrible but not amazing.
We messed up a lot, forgot the words to some songs, and my fellow classmates just don't know when to shut their mouths. You would think they are four year olds not 17 and 18 year olds. Even the Children's choir was more well-behaved then my classmates. It was truly pathetic if you ask me.
We came, we sang, and we attempted to conquer, but all in all this was just one EPIC FAIL.

I'm really not going to blog this often. I just had to tell someone...or my computer, what happened.
Because it was that bad.
