stuff happens in the last week o' summer.

last week of summer...
it's kind of a bummer [ha i rhymed] because i haven't done anything this summer.
except move and hang out with people occasionally. AND get my wisdom teeth out.
but that's about it.
this last week has been kind of crazy.
favorite story.
we have a fish pond in our backyard. my mom bought a goldfish and two koi. we thought they got sucked up into the filter and died. so we bought four more. three koi: sparkles, cow, and kevin. and a goldfish: slutty mcgavin. when we were putting them in the pond, i found the other three fish. i decided just to call them one, two, and three. truth is...the fish just hide in the pond scum. so now we have seven fish. and i feel like they might mate. so one day will literally have a fish pond. no water. just fish.
anyways. the funny part.
my mom says to me: 'annie, will you put the hose in the pond for a few minutes? it's running low on water.'
i say: 'oh sure.' so i put the hose in the pond.
a good twenty minutes later i get a phone call from my mom.
she says: 'did you turn the hose off?' she sounded angry.
i say: 'oops.' and i run outside and the pond is about five inches higher and not only is there a waterfall going into the pond, there's a new waterfall pouring out of the pond and onto the basketball court.
i say: 'oh dear...'
my mom says: 'what happened?'
i say: 'oh nothing, the pond just overflowed. no big deal.'
she says: 'it what?!'
i say: 'don't worry about it.' my dad comes over with a bucket.
he says: 'i would have done the same thing.' i love my dad.

just an example of how...bright i am.
i told my friend the other day: 'i'm sort of not the brightest tool in the drawer.'
and she says: 'and your not the sharpest star in the sky either.'
so true. so very true.

oh my heck. i totally forgot.
someone broke into my car early, early, early this morning.
whoever drove my car last didn't lock the driver's seat door.
it wasn't me, because i lock my car every time i get out.
they only took the registration, my $15 sunglasses [pissed cause that was my second pair this summer.], and my sister's prescription Ray Ban glasses. They were pretty pricey...since they're designer.
that all i know what taken and i think that's it, but it pisses me off.
who in their right mind thinks stealing will get you places in life?
i'd like to see someone break into the thief's car. see  how they like that.

i'm babysitting tomorrow, going to lagoon on wednesday [anyone's invited].
it's going to be an epic last week.
i can't believe i start college so soon.
